How to make a reservation?

Book your lodging or your room at the best price, directly on our website.

Note: additional bed: € 50 and sofa bed: € 100.

On request and free of charge and subject to availability, we provide you with baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, bathtub, changing table.

For monthly rates between October and March : the reservation must be made for 2 months minimum

We offer 3 payment methods:

1) Secure payment by credit card from our website (secure payment by Banque Populaire) PAYER HERE

2) Payment by bank transfer: After confirmation from you, you have 7 days to send us a deposit of 25% of the rental amount in €

Booking process:

1) You can request an option on the accommodation of your choice using the form, by email, phone or fax. We will let you know our availability. Upon receipt of the deposit, we send you an acknowledgment of receipt on which our special conditions appear and we attach our general rental conditions already summarized on this site, with recommendations and information

2) If you want cancellation insurance (which includes rental liability and sun insurance), you must do so when paying the deposit. We offer you:

- ADAR Hakuna Matala cancellation insurance, interruption, rental civil liability: click here

- Some Gold or Premier credit cards include cancellation insurance

3) The balance of the rental must reach us one month before entering the premises, otherwise the rental will be considered canceled and the deposit retained.

4) A security deposit of € 350 will be requested upon arrival (€ 450 if pets).

- You are responsible for any damage and you must ensure that this point appears on your Civil Liability contract. This deposit will be returned to you on your departure after deduction of any replacement costs for damaged equipment. For the sake of simplicity, we will photocopy your nominative credit card upon your arrival.

- In the event of cancellation on your part, the amounts paid are not refundable, unless we manage to re-let.

- Cleaning: we will retain the sum of € 55 (€ 75 for the Cézanne, the Réattu or the Van Gogh with two bedrooms and the Gauguin with three bedrooms) for cleaning, if you do not wish to do so before your departure . This package corresponds to 3 hours (or 4 hours) of cleaning, in addition to the cleaning that we do. If the condition of the apartment requires us to spend more time, we will have to charge for the time spent.

- Swimming pool: the "swimming pool and surroundings" area is fenced and has three gates that close.

- To protect children, these gates must be closed. The swimming pool is not supervised. Children are the responsibility of their parents. The reservation assumes reading and agreement on this point. We do not accept any responsibility for this.

- Pets: dogs are welcome. We ask in all cases 5 € / day or 30 € / week / animal due to the costs of deodorization or disinfection.

- Tourist tax to be paid on site for over 18s.
